November Fall Tea Event

Every Fall we start off the new season with a major speaker or panel on a topic crucial to our community by a prominent speaker. The 2019 Annual Fall Tea will take place on Sunday, November 17, 2019, from 3pm-5pm at Beth el Congregation, 8215 Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda, MD. The topic is Forgotten Transports,Testimonials of Bystanders to Deportations. The speaker is Lukas Tribyl, grandson of Holocaust survivors, a Czech diplomat and filmmaker. His award-winning documentary series describes the deportations of Jews to little-known camps and ghettos established by the Nazis in occupied Baltic states, Belarus and Poland.
